Employment Lawyer needed in Bradford, £24.28ph PAYE – Reference: 5256661
Undertaking all aspects of employment litigation including advocacy work, drafting responses, settlements agreements and liaising with the ET, ACAS and private practice solicitors.
To conduct advisory work to senior officers, members and committees on all aspects of employment law, policy and procedures including discrimination, equality duties, whistleblowing and TUPE.
Clerking employee appeals and advising on grievance and disciplinary appeal hearings. Advising HR on council policies and procedures.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
