Psymplicity Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate psychotherapists, psychologists, and CAMHS therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. Whether you specialize in working with adults, children, families, or a combination of these, we provide a supportive environment to help you thrive in your career. The role:
* Deliver evidence-based interventions for adults and/or children and their families with mild-to-moderate mental health problems.
* Deliver one-to-one CBT intervention to adults and/or children and young people who are experiencing emotional distress (other modalities of therapies are desirable).
* Identify and raise safeguarding concerns and appropriately share these with the Safeguarding Lead.
* Attend and contribute to clinician support activities such as risk, MDT, reflective practice, learning, and development seminars.
Requirements:
* Qualified and experienced in delivering CBT-based interventions (although other modalities and/or an integrative approach can be used too).
* You must be registered with a professional organization to provide therapy such as UKCP, HCPC, BACP, or equivalent.
* You must have recent and relevant experience providing therapeutic interventions to young people and their families and/or adults.
* You must have your own insurance and clinical supervision in place.
* You must have competency in identifying, monitoring, and handling risk and changes in risk.
* You have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
* Proficient in delivering an ADOS and/or ADI assessment for children and adolescents and/or adults.
* Qualified and experienced in delivering NVR therapy.
