This role will be based in the company's Coalisland Office. Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (early finish Friday) Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 Fantastic Benefits Package Responsibilities: Providing office support Maintaining well organised files and records Keeping company computer databases up to date Interacting with clients, suppliers & employees Answering phones and dealing with client queries Process company reports Invoicing and processing purchase invoices Making travel arrangements for employees Building relationships with clients Writing & editing company correspondence Assisting with minor technical support Scheduling appointments & events Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs & getting refreshments Participating in-office meetings and taking minutes Giving feedback on office efficiency & suggesting possible improvements Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required The Ideal Person: Experience with Sage (not essential) Experience with payroll Proficient with Word and Excel Skills: admin administrator construction payroll invoicing sales admin sales administrator Benefits: fantastic benefits package
