Responsibilities
* Identify Talent : Source and attract high-calibre candidates to meet the exacting standards of the care industry.
* Build Relationships : Forge and nurture lasting bonds with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain Compliance : Vigilantly ensure all candidates comply with safeguarding, DBS checks, and relevant training.
* Drive Success : Hit and surpass revenue targets through strategic temporary and permanent candidate placements.
* Market Mastery : Remain well-informed on industry developments, staffing trends, and regulatory shifts.
* Expand Horizons : Relentlessly pursue new business, converting leads into lasting partnerships within the sector.
Requirements
* Experience in recruitment, preferably within health & social care or education.
* Astute understanding of compliance and vetting procedures in a regulatory environment.
* Understanding of OFSTED requirements desirable.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport.
* Commercial acumen with a flair for negotiating and closing deals.
