Job overview Training Course: Teaching Assistant (Level 3) Salary: £11,648 to £20,820.80 a year. Salary will be paid pro rata and is dependent on previous experience and age. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm Role As an apprentice, you will be employed by Liverpool School Sports Partnership (LSSP), based at Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School, gaining hands-on experience and new skills while working alongside experienced staff. The role includes: Assisting with the delivery of physical activity and school sport Supporting other classes across the school Organising and delivering activities during lunchtime and after school Training An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or training organisation, with at least 20% of working hours spent training or studying. College or Training Organisation: SPORTING FUTURES TRAINING (UK) LTD Your Training Course: Teaching Assistant (Level 3), equivalent to A level Your Training Plan: Follow a L3 Teaching Assistant training pathway specialising in PE, sport, and physical activity. Mix of blended learning; face-to-face & virtual, with face-to-face sessions in Liverpool. More Training Information: Delivered through LSSP as part of our local apprenticeship programme Training takes place weekly.
