We are seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client's team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, reliable, evidence-based, customer-focused, and consistent occupational health service across the UK GSK sites to meet the occupational health needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational health services across the UK, leading on strategic and operational matters, and managing the OH team.
This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its occupational health needs. The successful candidate will be able to produce meaningful data and metrics to support business decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards, such as SEQOHS.
