Sales Office Manager
Our client is a market leading manufacturer for the construction industry and they're looking to appoint a Sales Office Manager as the business continues to grow.
About the Role:
Inputting customer orders and purchase sales orders from suppliers
Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
Maintains accurate records including but not limited to training matrix etc.
Keeping the office in a tidy and organised manner
Liaising with both client and team
Reporting to the commercial director
Managing the sales teams
Ensuring a smooth project from manufacturing to installation
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
About you:
Confident and able
Must be computer literate
Extremely well organised
Experience in running an office environment
Good interpersonal skills for communication
Experienced in managing teams
