A well established, growing residential property company in Pinner, specialising in Property Management are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team. Overview Job Title: Property Manager Location: Office-based, Northwest London Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday This role is ideal for candidates with 3 years of experience in Property Management, demonstrating a proven track record in problem-solving, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for the lettings industry, particularly the property management side of the business. Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager: Advising landlords on property management. Handling maintenance issues and routine property visits. Managing end-of-tenancy procedures and deposit negotiations. Coordinating refurbishment works and managing contractors. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation. Managing insurance claims and utility changeovers. Overseeing departmental organization and documentation. The ideal Property Manager will have: Property Management experience (ARLA qualification preferred). Knowledge of lettings legislation. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Full UK driving licence and own car.
