Salary: £12.21 per hour

The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 paid per sleep-in.
The day centre supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life skills and build confidence. Caring and friendly staff encourage the people we support to participate in various activities that challenge them to reach their full potential, including arts & crafts, sport, fitness and wellbeing, and gardening and horticulture.
