Bradley David Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction through timely and precise payroll administration.
Summary:
1. £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
7. Administer the payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of wages.
8. Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accurate data entry regarding new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
9. Utilise accounting software to manage payroll transactions effectively.
10. Prepare reports for management analysis, including payroll summaries.
11. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
12. To provide a high quality payroll output within agreed SLA’s & KPI’s
13. To keep abreast of payroll legislative requirements and best practices
14. Providing support for employee payroll query resolution
15. To support internal or strategic projects and “ad-hoc” tasks
Requirements
Experience
16. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
17. Strong knowledge experience with payroll software (e.g., SAGE).
18. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
19. Ability to analyse payroll data to identify trends or discrepancies.
20. Strong MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint (Desirable), Visio (Desirable)
21. Payroll / HR systems (SAP Payroll desirable)
22. In depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory payments, Student Loans, AEO’s etc.
