Legal PA - Conveyancing Location: Edinburgh Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Salary: Competitive Valeco Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected and well-established Scottish legal firm in the heart of Edinburgh. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join their busy Residential Conveyancing department. In this traditional and client-focused secretarial role, you will provide dedicated support to two senior Partners, playing a key part in ensuring the smooth running of their conveyancing practice. Key Responsibilities: Providing full secretarial and administrative support to two Partners Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence Managing client communications and liaising with estate agents and solicitors Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments Handling property documentation and conducting Land Registry searches Managing files, mail, and compliance paperwork Supporting with digital dictation and audio typing What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA in Residential Conveyancing Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Land Registry processes and audio typing is highly desirable A professional, approachable, and client-focused manner Why Join This Firm?
