Main duties of the job

Join our award-winning national Contact Centre as a Training Lead, where you will champion a culture of continuous learning for our 200+ team members across various channels (inbound/outbound calls, email, chat, and more). Your role will involve designing, building, and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What you'll do:
1. Develop and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training for all Contact Centre roles.
2. Facilitate engaging sessions through classroom, virtual, and e-learning methods.
3. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to identify training needs, ensure content accuracy, and align initiatives with business goals.
4. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, performance metrics, and feedback to optimise learning outcomes
