My client is a rapidly growing fintech company revolutionising how UK businesses manage their cash flow by providing them with innovative and flexible loan solutions. Their mission is to empower SMEs by offering them the financial tools they need to grow and thrive, all backed by quick decisions and easy-to-use technology.
As they expand, they're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help scale their business by working closely with brokers to identify and close new lending opportunities.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key driver of the company's growth, responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing brokers. You will identify and generate new lending opportunities, ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, and actively close deals. Your efforts will contribute directly to the success of our business and expand our reach in the market.
This is a hybrid working role with 3 days a week based in the office in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make warm calls to existing brokers, reminding them of their services and ensuring they start sending more deals.
2. Reconnect with dormant brokers, reigniting interest and driving more deals.
