Your role and responsibilities We require a skilled individual who is proactive, effective and positive to provide support to our Safeguarding Teams. As part of the Safeguarding and Reviewing Officer business support team you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional administrative support to the Safeguarding Service countywide which incorporates Children in Care and Child Protection Maintaining necessary administrative systems to efficiently support the Safeguarding Service. Printing of Children in Care and Child Protection documents. Co-ordination of outgoing post The role provides a vital support service to the Independent Reviewing Officers/CP Chairs across the county. You will need: to be able use Excel, Word and Outlook to a high standard to deal with sensitive issues on a daily basis and respect confidentiality excellent communication skills deal with conflicting demands in an extremely busy environment.
