The Role Liaising with key stakeholders, including Project Coordinators (Shed Design), Planner, Service Engineers, Sales, Builders, and the customer, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of robotic milking and barn projects to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities And Duties Operational Responsibilities Liaise with Sales team from initial phase of the sale to ensure customer satisfaction; Actively work towards successful completion of robotic milking and barn projects to ensure timely delivery; Conduct farm/site visits during the project and gather/record relevant information; Maintain close contact with other internal team members involved in the project; Ordering Lely whole goods and other items required to complete projects and monitoring their delivery; Liaise with builders throughout the project to ensure all queries are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner; Monitor and manage projects from initial visit until handover documentation is complete, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete; Oversee Project Coordinators (Shed Design) work, ensuring timely completion of drawings; Liaise with install team, organising their schedule, discussing appropriate install of equipment; Check stock and parts on delivery to farm to ensure all materials and supplies are on site when needed to ensure the smooth running of the project. Report any discrepancies in stock/deliveries.
