Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Our comprehensive civil engineering services include MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation), Building Maintenance, Fabrication, and Tankering.
Key Responsibilities
* Measurement and Take-Offs: Conduct take-offs and measurements in accordance with standard methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Risk Analysis: Analyze potential risks and provide expert advice on contractual matters to minimize exposure and optimize outcomes.
* Variation Management: Identify, value, and agree on additional works and scope within projects, including preparing and agreeing on variations and quotations.
* Contractual Correspondence: Prepare and manage contractual and general correspondence to maintain clear communication channels.
* Notice Management: Raise and respond to contractual notices, early warning notices, compensation events, and variations, including client negotiations.
* Cost Control: Manage cost control, comparisons against budget, and tender allowances to ensure financial stability and success.
* Interim Applications: Prepare, negotiate, and agree on interim applications, valuations, and final accounts with the Operations Director.
* Commercial Support: Provide expert advice and commercial support to the project team on costs, contractual matters, and commercial strategies.
* Subcontractor Management: Procure and manage subcontractors/consultants from enquiry to final account settlement.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Working towards Chartership (desired but not essential).
* Post-qualification experience on turnkey projects as a contractor.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
* Full UK driving licence.
