£30,000 base salary (because the commission is significant).

Year one OTE for slow starters is 60-65K, with above-average and high achievers earning £75,000 - £100,000: Commission on all sales.
90% of sales product demos are set up by the lead gen team.
25% of demos/sales close on the day, 75% take 2-3 days.
Average deal value between £5,000 - £20,000.
Ace training month 1 (Software, CRM, product and sales-focused training).
What do you need:
2 years in a B2B sales role selling a solution to businesses in a fast-paced environment.
Commutable to Manchester City Centre offices.
Ideally, 3-5 years B2B sales experience with the drive and hunger to earn 80-90-100K!

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Conduct client demos and generate new business opportunities.
* Be a subject matter expert for company products and services.
* Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs, input & output metrics, and business revenue targets.
* FCA-regulated insurance experience.
* Diary management.
* Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
* Work collaboratively with dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
