Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual who prioritises relationship-based work and who values collaborative working to join our team.
We are a small, supportive team comprising of 1 team manager, 7 social workers, 3 full-time family support workers, and 2 part-time local area coordinators. We undertake a range of work including early intervention support for families, permanence planning, and working with children with disabilities. We are involved with voluntary and statutory work from pre-birth to 18 years old, and we have good working relationships with other professional agencies within the area. This allows for coordinated multi-agency working.
Aberdeenshire Children's Services routinely hold Time to Talk events and Practitioner forums to allow workers to contribute towards service development and share their views.
