About the Role:
Fourblue are seeking a SHEQ Frameworks Manager to lead the SHEQ performance across a series of Distribution Network Operator (DNO) Electrical Framework Contracts working with a Tier 1 Contractor.
In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the strategic management of SHEQ performance across multiple DNO Electrical Framework Contracts. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, client, and internal standards, while proactively driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and aligning contract performance with both business and client strategic objectives.
Responsibilities of the SHEQ Frameworks Manager::
* Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all SHEQ activities, ensuring compliance and promoting a safety-first culture
* Build and maintain a skilled, motivated, and sustainable SHEQ team to support the delivery of key projects
* Ensure full compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements, while striving for continual improvement in SHEQ standards
* Develop, implement, and drive the Contract SHEQ Plan to ensure alignment with both client and business values and goals
* Oversee monthly SHEQ reporting processes, both internally and to clients, and proactively suggest areas for improvement
* Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, delivering thorough root cause analysis reports
* Build lasting relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, delivering effective communication across all levels
* Oversee the delivery of the Mandatory Competency Framework and manage contract inductions to ensure workforce competency and safety
Criteria for the SHEQ Frameworks Manager:
* NEBOSH Construction and CMIOSH (or working towards)
* Full UK driving license
* CSCS card (or equivalent)
* Strong background in the utilities and/or construction sectors, with a solid understanding of SHEQ requirements within these industries
