This role offers flexibility to suit your schedule while making a real difference in the lives of students. Key Responsibilities: Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Assisting students with their learning, including those with additional needs. Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Helping to prepare and organize learning materials. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children is essential, within an educational setting is preferable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude. The ability to adapt to various schools and classrooms. A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
