Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be the go-to HR presence for employees and line managers across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You’ll provide coaching and guidance to line managers, contribute to HR projects, support ER cases, and, most importantly be that HR presence, looking out for the employees and helping to take stress away from the line managers.
You'll be confident, ready to take initiative, offer constructive insights, and serve as a trusted sounding board for the HR Manager. You’ll also need:-
Experience in a HR generalist role
The ability to develop and advise on policies, procedures, and processes.
CIPD qualified to Level 5 is desirable but not essential. Other Information:
Salary: Up to £31,000 (pro rata)
Working Hours: 24 P/W
Working Pattern: Ideally 3 full days, however the company are open to how they are spread across the week.
Holidays: 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
