Part Time Payroll Assistant
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 FTE
Type: Permanent
Part-time position: Mondays and Fridays are required in the office, 20 - 24 hours per week.
Location: Based in Basingstoke
REED Accountancy are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent part-time Payroll Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous experience in a payroll-based role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Fortnightly Subcontractors Payroll for two entities within the Group.
2. Manage Daily timesheets.
3. Liaise with Site for payroll information.
4. Query any discrepancies.
5. Process payslips.
6. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and precision.
7. Manage external subcontractor payroll as required.
8. Assist with new subcontractor onboarding by recording payroll profiles.
9. Ensure all documentation for new hires is compliant with quarterly full compliance completed.
10. Draft and issue contractual notifications and correspondence.
11. Possess knowledge of relevant regulations applying to HR administration.
12. Work closely with Finance Assistant and Finance Manager to assist with annual leave/sickness cover, where applicable.
