The Opportunity Our client is looking to employ a technically proficient senior commercial account handler to join their corporate team in Yorkshire. This role will assume the management of client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances. Includes some more complex programmes. There is a portfolio of diverse clients including businesses in the Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology sectors. Successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional advice and guidance at all times. The successful candidate will coordinate client interaction with specialist teams offering technical advice across a range of insurance and risk management services. Successful Candidates Will demonstrate experience of the Commercial Insurance market. Some experience in an Account Handling, client facing, customer service or sales role would be welcome. Exposure to the corporate sector would be of interest. Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery will be of interest. Excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Candidates will possess a good eye for detail and be comfortable around complex reporting and MI. Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines.
