This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong customer base and a large selection of vehicles on-site. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Oversee the performance of the site and step in for the General Manager when needed. Ensure the sales process is followed, providing coaching and guidance to staff. Identify opportunities to support sales staff in closing deals. Monitor compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. Audit financial documents and sales figures to ensure accuracy. Help drive site performance and customer satisfaction. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in used car sales, ideally in a high-volume environment. A hands-on leader who leads by example. Strong motivational and time management skills. A results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with customers. FCA accredited (or willing to complete training). Prior experience in a car supermarket or high-volume dealership is advantageous.
