Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Manager - Centre Support to join our growing marketing team. The role will involve supporting various sites and centres, managing relationships with Regional Managers and Centre Managers, and leading marketing activity for new centre openings and centre refurbs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Split time between the office and centres to drive and maximise local marketing initiatives
* Manage relationships with Regional Managers and Centre Managers, attending regional meetings and providing marketing updates
* Analyse and report on local marketing activity performance
* Lead marketing activity for new centre openings and centre refurbs, co-ordinating with UK and Group marketing teams
* Develop and own the marketing support toolkit for centres, in collaboration with the Operations team
* Own marketing briefs for centre managers and their teams
* Manage in-centre screens to drive commercial growth and content
* Manage PR activity through a PR agency for local centre projects
* Manage centre landlord marketing team relationships
* Champion national charity partnership with Operational teams and share local fundraising activity with the marketing team
* Keep accurate records of spend and ROI across marketing activities
Requirements:
* Good knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
* Passion and track record for working with operators of a multi-site business
* Management of external agencies, including print, creative, PR, content
* Budget management experience
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Agency management experience
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding and experience of marketing strategy and tactics
* Sound commercial acumen
* Passion and commitment for all things customer
* Ability to work and influence several different stakeholders
* 'Hands on' and proactive approach
* Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
