Allexo Search is seeking a highly skilled Global Wholesale Partnership Development Manager to drive growth and success in the wholesale market.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including Unitas and the Country Range Group, to drive joint business growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve annual operating plan (AOP) targets, focusing on volume, net sales value (NSV), and gross profit measures.
* Leading account planning, pricing, promotion, and negotiation for assigned wholesale accounts to drive revenue growth.
* BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO DELIVER CLIENT VISION AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
* Driving new product distribution and promotional activities within client accounts to increase brand visibility and sales.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and meet customer and company objectives.
* Leading business planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective account management and growth strategies.
About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in account management or account executive roles within FMCG, ideally with a focus on wholesale.
Key qualifications include:
* A STRATEGIC MINDSET AND EXCEPTIONAL CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING SKILLS.
* Demonstrated ability to drive NSV growth and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
* Comfortable managing ambiguity and skilled in navigating complex client conversations.
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
