As they continue to grow, they’re looking for someone who can support their sales team and clients with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.About the Role: As a Sales Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting both the sales team and the clients. You’ll be handling customer queries, processing orders, managing client records, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. The role also involves managing projects, helping with client tenders, and generally being the go-to person for the office. Key Responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all queries are handled professionally. Assist in generating quotes, pricing lists, and managing client records using Excel and internal systems. Handle customer orders from start to finish, including invoicing and arranging deliveries. Help with project management, ensuring orders and projects are executed smoothly. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional service and managing administrative tasks, like preparing reports and organising data. Oversee stock and non-standard product sourcing when required. Assist with tender processes and pricing, ensuring client needs are met efficiently. About You: You will need commercial administration experience in a B2B environment, and direct sales administration would be beneficial. You have a proactive and positive approach, ready to hit the ground running. You’re an organisational whiz, able to handle multiple tasks while staying focused. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently. Why Join?
