**Salary and Benefits:**

**Job Description:**
As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the store team and delivering excellent customer service. This includes coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and managing the store to ensure it remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate the store team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
* Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Support the Store Manager in managing the store and implementing business plans
* Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimise waste and maximise sales
