Responsibilities:
1. Manage and control cost on projects
2. Understand and advise on contractual and technical terms
3. Submit monthly applications for payment
4. Work with site teams to manage cost and maximise value
5. Set labour targets
6. Order materials, plant and subcontract works
7. Identify and implement continuous improvement
8. Maintain excellent client relationships
9. Development of trainees.

Qualifications
10. Proficiency in cost control techniques
11. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
