Market Change Coordinator – Warwick (Hybrid) - £34,622 to £40,731 National Gas has an exciting and important role in achieving net zero and in leading a fair energy transition for the UK. We will do this by developing the green gas system of tomorrow, while delivering the natural gas needs of today. System Operations is responsible for operating, controlling and monitoring the National Transmission System in real time, making gas available when and where our customers across Great Britain need it and playing an essential role in keeping Britain’s homes warm and its industry moving. We also facilitate the efficient operation of the GB gas market. About The Role Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to make a real difference in a supportive, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Market Change Coordinator to be the backbone of our team, providing vital support to the wider team and ensuring the Market Change and Leadership teams work effectively and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner, both preparing materials for industry forums to taking accurate minutes at internal and external meetings. Your attention to detail and sense of responsibility will ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept in the loop, and your support will be invaluable to project owners as you help with action tracking, organising workshops, preparing reports, and more. You’ll also work closely with our Market Change Leads, helping to coordinate responses for industry consultations and collaborating across teams to bring together insights and perspectives. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll manage POs for the team, making sure payments are timely and queries are handled smoothly. You’ll coordinate team meetings, both on- and off-site, handling all the logistics to keep our gatherings productive and engaging. You’ll play an essential role in researching and sharing the latest industry insights, keeping our team, and the wider organisation up to date on key trends. You'll be confident preparing a range of materials for internal and external audiences, including presentations, newsletters and summaries of industry reports. What You’ll need We’re looking for someone with experience in an administrative role, ideally with a GCSE background in English and Maths (grades A-C). If you have experience in the utilities industry, that’s a plus, but most important is your ability to stay organised, think ahead, and communicate clearly.
