Robert Half Cambridge is looking for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a client based in Peterborough.
This is an urgent requirement and our client need someone who can start ASAP and commit for a minimum of two months.
This is a full-time position and will be office based.
For the right person our client can look to pay in the region of £15 per hour +
Main Duties:
1. Assisting the Financial Controller with all areas of Finance
2. Assisting with management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
3. Book keeping entries - receipts and payments
4. Purchase Ledger including allocation of invoices, uploading invoices, preparing payment runs and reconciliations
5. Sales Ledger including creating of sales invoices, recharges, issuing statements, basic enquiries
6. Banking including receipts and payments entries, Cash banking ad Petty Cash
7. Any other duties that might be reasonably required.
Attributes:
8. Previous experience in a similar role
9. AAT qualified or qualified by experience
10. Can do attitude
11. Strong systems experience
