Duties:
- Provide support and assistance to elderly individuals with / without dementia, physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and medication reminders
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
