Role and Responsibilities:

As we step into the New Year, were on the lookout for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in freight forwarding and account management.

Do you enjoy generating new business, costing, quoting, account managing and operating your clients cargo end to end?

What are we looking for:
Sales Experience: 1 year (preferred)
Freight Forwarding experience by Air, Sea, Land and Abnormal
Freight Account management experience: 2 years (preferred)
Main responsibilities:
Cold calling, lead generation & customer appointments
Maintain and develop your existing accounts
Knowledge of your own hauliers will be a great advantage
Process bookings from customer by phone/email
Handle the coordination of freight (Land, Air or Sea)
Handle all operational aspects of import and export movements
Request customs clearance of both export and import shipments via our in-house customs team
Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers and suppliers
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure that expectations are met during the movement of cargo

20 days holiday + bank holiday. After 2 years service you will get 2 extra days, then rising by 1 day each year thereafter to 30 days (max)
