This part-time role (18.75 hours)is based in Torbay & South Devon,supporting the delivery of high-quality, integrated mental health care for children and young people experiencing difficulties with mood, emotions, and relationships. As Clinical Team Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership, ensuring the effective day-to-day management of a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing care delivery, workforce management, and service development. Main duties of the job Provide operational leadership and management for the MERs team, ensuring the effective delivery of care and treatment. Supervise and support a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, including nurses, therapists, psychologists, and support staff. Oversee team performance, ensuring service delivery meets clinical standards, quality benchmarks, and performance targets. Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring care is delivered in a timely, effective, and evidence-based manner. Support recruitment, training, and workforce development, ensuring the team is well-resourced and supported. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, maintaining a safe and responsive service for children, young people, and families. Work in partnership with other services, including CAMHS, education, social care, and voluntary sector organisations, to ensure a coordinated approach to care. Contribute to service improvement, shaping the development of the MERs pathway to meet the needs of the local population. About us Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) comprises an Alliance of NHS organisations working together to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Devon.
