As a Senior Manager, Program Management for Emerging Markets, you will be responsible for driving key standardization, benchmarking, innovation, and strategic initiatives across our business operations in high-growth, developing markets. In this critical role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies, and new capabilities that can be scaled globally. You will serve as a strategic partner to regional and country leadership, translating business requirements into actionable plans and leading complex projects to successful completion. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, analytical problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver meaningful impact for our Emerging Markets business.
Key job responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of standardized frameworks, tools, and best practices for strategic business functions (e.g. Sustainability, Packaging, Defect Reduction, Social Responsibility) across Emerging Markets
- Lead benchmarking initiatives to assess performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies for Emerging Markets operations
- Incubate and scale innovative solutions, pilot programs, and technology enablers to drive business impact in Emerging Markets
- Partner with regional and country leaders to define strategic roadmaps and execution plans for key initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, coordinating resources, driving alignment, and mitigating risks
- Analyze data, surface insights, and make data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the Emerging Markets organization
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of team management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
