Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Mortgage Brokers.
Due to continued growth within the business our client is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team.
Role
1. Full-time, office-based Mortgage Administration vacancy.
2. Process mortgage application forms with lenders.
3. Checking on the progress of applications through to completion.
4. Inputting cases onto iO.
5. Inputting cases onto Lender's systems.
6. Uploading supporting information.
7. Electronic ID checks.
8. Keeping adviser updated of progress via email and PipeDrive.
9. Using Mortgage Metrics for rate improvements.
10. Any other relevant duties the directors feel are necessary.
11. Accurate and timely processing of client applications.
12. Making sure the adviser is aware of the current case position.
13. Maintaining high levels of vigilance to possible fraud and money laundering activities.
14. Ensure the company meets obligations under our 'Rate Assurance Guarantee'.
Candidate
1. Professional, well spoken and confident.
2. Excellent telephone manner.
3. Well presented.
4. Previous Mortgage Administration a strong advantage.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to liaise at all levels.
