Role: Commercial Insight Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

As a Commercial Insight Executive at Stonegate Farmers, you will leverage data and analytics to drive category growth and enhance collaboration with key retail partners. The role is central to ensuring Stonegate Farmers' reputation as a leading supplier, delivering actionable insights, managing category reporting, and supporting the execution of strategic plans. This position combines analytical expertise with relationship management to support both internal teams and customer stakeholders in achieving mutual growth objectives.

Stonegate Farmers Ltd is an integrated free range and organic egg business organised across three divisions comprising farming and agriculture, egg packing and cooked egg processing. Established in 1926 and under new ownership since 2016, we have grown into one of the largest free-range and organic egg producers within the UK. Moving millions of mother nature’s most fragile food items every day takes finesse and know-how. We work closely with our producers to collect, grade and package each individual egg. We deliver daily from hen houses right across the country to the most exclusive restaurants and to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets, together with first-class egg products to some of the biggest names in food manufacturing. Role & Responsibilities:
1. Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for internal teams and retail partners.
2. Provide analytical support for the creation of category plans, identifying growth opportunities based on category strategy and key drivers.
3. Manage monthly category reporting and present insights to stakeholders at multiple levels, ensuring clarity and alignment.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers through range and category reviews, contributing to Stonegate Farmers’ reputation and presence in the market.
5. Support the long-term planning and brand strategy process, ensuring category initiatives align with broader business goals.
6. Collaborate with Commercial and Brand Marketing teams to assist in the creation of in-store campaigns and promotional activities.
7. Support with post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of shopper activation initiatives and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
8. Maintain all key commercial administration, supporting the commercial manager with daily tasks.

3. Good Microsoft and PowerPoint knowledge.
4. Able to work efficiently and within tight deadlines.
5. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications / Experience:
* Degree qualified or equivalent (ideally within a business management or related subject).
* Previous experience working within Food production / FMCG.
