We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a HAS Project Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £19.95 - £24.69 per Hour
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, managing, co-ordinating and reporting on activities to implement one or more projects from proposal to initiation to delivery including the transition into business-as-usual.
* Ensuring the projects are managed to realise business benefits.
* Managing project budgets in accordance with the Councils financial procedure.
* Ensuring that projects are delivered to scope, within budget and to agreed timeframes, prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability.
* Managing dependencies across their projects.
Qualifications:
* A project management or business management qualification is preferred.
* Experience in project officer role, preferably within a housing or public sector environment.
* Knowledge of housing and homelessness and the problems facing local government.

* You should have the right to work in the U.K.
