Job Description
What will you be doing?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Clients and Markets team as Client Care Manager in London who are a key contributor in driving the organic growth to the business
The role leads the strategic evolution and delivery of our Client Care Programme, to increase the scale and frequency of client feedback and its dissemination across the business. Provides insights and recommendations to the Group into client experience behaviours and trends using data analysis, data mining, data optimization tools and client listening. It leads client interviews, qualitative and quantitative research to optimize feedback, bringing insights together to provide the holistic client view, empowering the business with increased MI. It also leads the design of action plans and areas for development, managing the implementation of recommendations made as a result of feedback and insights, to improve client service across the Group, increasing retention and revenues and aligning with the Key Account Programme.
As Client Care Manager, your responsibilities will include among others
* Take a lead in the Client Care programme, including designing activity to provide insights to continuously improve client service and increase revenues and lead communication of client learnings across the Group, aligning to the Key Account Programme and creating a multi-channel approach for sharing insights;
* Evolve the programmes’ technology solution to upscale output by implementing and driving a full programme analysis solution and dashboard;
* Conduct quantitative research across our full client base using online data capture, leading client surveys for the Group and conduct client interviews with key clients, to conduct qualitative research;
* Drive engagement across the Group to increase the quality of insights, managing senior stakeholders;
* Lead the delivery of an internal communications series, to share insights across the business
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
* Have ability to listen to the client and have the curiosity to ask the right questions to gain relevant insights and then to analyse and evaluate insights and data to develop actions and recommendations for the benefit of the business.
* Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and influence others to deliver;
* An understanding of Professional Services, gained from previous experience within the sector.
* Can demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at a senior level and able to articulate and convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner in writing and in person;
