Willowbrook Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our new after-school provision, starting as soon as possible.Contract: Fixed Term (until 13th February 2026). Working Hours: Part time (12.5 hours per week, 3pm until 5.30pm Monday-Friday, 38 weeks per year, no Teacher Training days). Required: ASAP.We are a small, warm and welcoming school, educating children between the ages of 4 and 11 years. This role involves planning and organising a range of activities suitable for primary-aged children, taking into account their interests and developmental needs. We are looking for someone who:Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children; Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents; Is self-motivated, energetic and proactive and will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality education and care for all of our children; Has experience of working with children (4 – 11 years old) in a play / educational setting; Has Food handling experience and/or a Food handling certificate (or willingness to complete one); Has the ability to deal with new challenging situations; Is a strong team player able to support colleagues within a small team; Has a positive and flexible attitude; Can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with children; Is First Aid trained (advantageous).
