Job Vacancy: Decarbonisation Administrator
Location: Swillington, Leeds
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
About Us:
The decarbonisation sector is experiencing significant growth leading numerous projects across the country. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Decarbonisation Administrator to join a leading property services provider in Swillington, Leeds Branch. You will report to the Decarbonisation Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our retrofit projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Liaising with branch retrofit teams, subcontractors, and clients
* Attending project team meetings, both internal and external
* Responding to internal and external emails
* Uploading documentation to various SharePoint sites
* Downloading and saving documentation from Subcontractor Portals
* Uploading documents to PAS Hub, ECO Surv, or similar portals (training provided)
* Checking documentation for accuracy and raising errors promptly
* Maintaining and updating Excel-based trackers
* Assisting with audits and project handover documentation
* Occasional site visits may be required
What were looking for:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
* Experience using SharePoint (desirable)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Ability to manage your own workload independently while working well as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
* A friendly, approachable manner and a reliable work ethic
* Previous experience in decarbonisation is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
* A Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) check will be carried out
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
