What You’ll Do
This is a new business role through and through — you’ll be identifying, approaching, and converting clients in untapped EMEA markets. Backed by successful models and a proven team, you’ll play a critical role in our global growth journey.
* Prospect and generate leads in target countries across EMEA
* Conduct outreach to decision-makers and pitch our recruitment services
* Build and convert pipelines in finance, hospitality, and engineering sectors
* Replicate successful business models from existing markets
* Travel internationally to develop client relationships and attend meetings/events
* Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
* Track sales metrics and hit ambitious targets
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development
* Background in recruitment or B2B/professional services (ideal)
