My client is a UK consulting & advisory business with a North West Head Office and projects on a global scale.
Due to continued growth - both in the business and the support functions - a new role has been identified to join the billing team to support the business in the UK & Europe. Reporting to the Billing Manager your duties will be varied in relation to billings, revenue and direct costs and will include:-
* Review of consultant time-sheets, weekly & monthly
* Review and allocate time-sheet costs and expenses
* Raise and allocate interim and final invoices on a range of projects
* Preparation of monthly project cost reports with variance analysis and commentary
* Extensive communications with Project Partners & Managers
* Ad hoc analysis
The successful candidate will be a proven communicator and team player. Attention to detail is key - as is the ability to prioritise effectively. You will have great attention to detail, strong analytic experience and good excel and ERP experience.
