Duties The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support for the team including: supporting the team with database, typing, telephone duties, note taking in a variety of operational meetings, co-ordinating the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager and any other administrative duties within the team. Skills and Competencies Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong computer skills using MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Good time management and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure; multi-task and respond to changing needs in a busy environment Experience working in a team in a customer focused, target driven environment is highly desirable.
