This is a unique and brand new position for a technical support manager to join one of the most respected manufacturers of high quality aluminium windows, doors and specialist double glazing products in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the head of sales and MD, ensuring that the internal sales support and estimators are managing workload.
* Liaise with internal teams and production facility to ensure that from point of order, windows and doors are manufactured on time and in full.
* Ensure transparency from order input through to finished goods from a customer satisfaction point of view.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a technical support manager or customer services manager.
* Ideally, experience in a window production facility with a general understanding of glazing manufacturing.
* Experience of "first degree systems" as a software package would be a distinct advantage.
* Experience in the glazing or fenestration industry is beneficial but not essential.
