Job Description: Arm has an exciting opportunity to join its Central Engineering group team to Project Manage the FPGA and Emulation delivery for a number of emerging groundbreaking CSS and SOC products. You would be joining a multi-faceted globally distributed team that provides Emulation and FPGA services that are critical to the success of the arm development lifecycle, Focused on CSS and SOC products the role requires close dynamic collaboration with a diverse number of global teams including Design, Verification, Hardware and Software engineers to gather requirements then work with internal and external partners to ensure configurations and platforms are delivered on time and to budget. To be considered for this role, you will have a solid track record of project management delivery ideally in SOC or wider semiconductor field.. Excellent interpersonal skills are a requirement, as is displaying confident leadership and a dedication to engage the team and drive your projects through to success. Responsibilities: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including RTL designers, FPGA engineers, and validation teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution. Facilitate communication between hardware and software teams to address dependencies and resolve issues. Own and drive planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting for your projects. Empower and drive internal and delivery partners to deliver to enable program success Ensure project governance, and proactively drive project risks, change and dependencies to conclusion. Have strong organisational skills, a can-do approach and be a collaborative member of the team. Work closely with adjacent functional groups such as IT, Legal and Operations. Strive for continuous improvement and engage to develop and improve our processes and practices. Required Skills and Experience : Proven track record leading projects within multi-disciplinary and diverse groups in a hi-tech or highly regulated industry. Project Management Experience im the semiconductor industry, ideally SOC or related field. Strong communication and networking skills to harmonise with peers, senior management, project players, and customers A positive, can-do behaviour which is adaptive to change, resilient and eager to accept new challenges within an evolving environment. Comfortable influencing, motivating and leading engineering/project teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience : Some basic understanding of FPGA-based prototyping and hardware emulation tools and methodologies (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence Palladium, Mentor Veloce). Familiarity with RTL design and verification flows, including Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL. Knowledge of SoC architecture, including IP integration, firmware, and software development.
