How You Will Make an Impact: As a Sr. Field Scientist, Applications, you'll be a trusted partner for our customers, helping them solve complex analytical challenges with our cutting-edge LCMS technology. What You Will Do: Product Training: Provide hands-on and virtual training for customers on the effective use of our instruments and software. Application Optimization: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and customize scientific methods and applications. Troubleshoot, analyze data, and offer insights that drive solutions. Technical Presentations: Present the capabilities and benefits of our products to diverse audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable information. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support and enhance the customer training process. Scientific Support: Stay current with the latest scientific research, regulations, and technologies. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, finding opportunities for improvement and innovation. Leadership: Lead projects independently, mentor junior team members, and serve as a consultant for specialized market segments. What You Bring: Education: Master’s degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with LCMS instruments, software, and data analysis. Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent in both local language and English. Travel: This position may require up to 75% travel.
