On behalf of a leading care provider, I am currently looking for a Care Home Deputy Manager to join one of their nursing homes within the Southport area.
To be considered for this registered Care Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Care Home Manager role, you should have previous deputy management experience within the elderly care sector, and you must have knowledge of medication and care planning.
This is a market-leading home, and our client is keen to hire a new deputy manager who has worked in high-calibre care homes.
The registered home manager / care home manager job role:
1. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents
2. Ensuring that the Lodge is appropriately represented and working effectively with local services
3. Managing staff and budgets in accordance with policies and procedures
4. Undertaking administrative tasks as required
5. Liaising with external professionals, individuals, and families
6. Ensuring that effective referral protocols and practices are in place and adhered to
Person specification of the deputy nursing home manager / care home manager:
Strong care home deputy management experience
ACTIVE RGN - Knowledge of elderly care, medication, clinical knowledge.
