What will I be doing?
Within the Customer Support Department, you will be in charge of the processing of several Retrofit or recall campaigns across the allocated region of UK, Ireland and sub-Saharan Africa.
As a major player in Safran HE for the safety of operators' flights, you will be in charge of piloting the implementation of modifications or controls related to a portfolio of major technical events on a fleet of engines/modules/accessories in service with civil and military customers for the engine fleets in service.
In this capacity, you will manage the entirety of multiple Campaigns in project mode (definition, planning, budgets, execution follow-up, communication, global coordination, reporting, etc.)
This involves interaction with all customers in the nominated region to encourage them to send their assets (engines ,modules, LRUs) for repair in a timely fashion, and explaining and negotiating with the customer accordingly on the price of the intervention.
The role will also assist the HE UK Front Office staff with management of warranty claims by customers (advising on applicability, process, and then following individual claims through to completion). Maintaining UK engine, component availability and associated KPI's
• Monitoring Retrofit campaigns progress across the allocated customers.
• Planning the roll-out of the Retrofit campaign in the region.
• Phoning customers and explaining the Retrofit requirement; and encouraging them to send in their assets for the intervention, and explaining the pricing as required;
• Administering Retrofit interventions e.g. POs, logistics, invoices to customers and to Corporate;
• Advising Field Reps and CSRs on whether a warranty claim is administratively admissible;
• Advising Field Reps and CSRs on warranty administration;
• Expediting warranty claims to ensure timely responses to customers.
• Communicate as required with the different departments who contribute to Retrofit (such as Pool, Quality, Programme Support, Service Engineering, Repair Centre…)
• Corporate POC for NORIA, Warranty and POOL within UK front office
• Maintaining Corporate KPI's
• Engine, module and component allocation
• Emergency contact for containments events effecting flight safety
