Benefits Claims Officer (Fixed term until 30th November 2025)
Full time - 37 hours per week
Our Revenues & Benefits Service administers Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our dedicated Benefits Claims team based in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. As part of this role you’ll be responsible for processing Housing Benefits and Council Tax Reduction claims and providing confidential advice to customers either over the telephone or face to face.
If you have had experience of giving complex advice to customers in a means-tested area of work or financial environment and have the required level of qualifications, numeracy and literacy set out in the job specification, then we would love to hear from you.
